SLA - Service Level Agreement

ProXHosting will aim the best possible to keep our service up and running at least 99% of the time. We can not gaurantee that the service will be 100% uptime.

If any problems accour we will try our best to notify our customers about the problem as soon as our systems are back yp and running.
We will not pay customers for downtime since we try our best to keep the servers running. We may in some circumstances offer some sort of credit to the customer, (example: offer some more storage space on hosting account ect.), but we will not pay the customer a refund or any sort of payment for any loss.
